The cancellation of your reservation can be done by email from the contact form. This cancellation will be done under certain conditions.

What are the payment methods accepted by Etoiledemer?

Credit/debit card payments are accepted by Etoiledemer. Cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, MAESTRO. The credit card must be under the name of the driver of the vehicle.

A deposit will be required with the reservation. The rest of the amount will be required when collecting the rental car.

An email will be sent to confirm your reservation. We recommend that you print this document and keep it.

Vehicle recovery

You must present your driver’s license and credit card in your name to collect the car.

The deposit corresponds to the collision deductible, depending on the vehicle category and supplementary waivers. This deposit is intended to cover the damage suffered by the renter.

A description of the vehicle is attached to your contract. It is therefore advised to report any apparent damage before leaving the agency. All unreported damages will not be considered and will be your responsibility.

A valid driving license is required to collect your rental car.

The payment of the deposit must be made by the lessee of the vehicle; the lease can be made by another person.

During the rental vehicle

Mileage is unlimited.

If you misplace/lose the car keys, you should contact Etoiledemer promptly.

You must not drive the vehicle anywhere else than Amorgos.

Vehicle maintenance and revision is regularly performed by Etoiledemer. However, during your rental and according to the number of kilometers, you will perform the usual checks (engine oil level, level water, tire pressure, etc.) as a good practise. Any signal from the warning lights on the dashboard of the vehicle must be taken into account and shall give rise to all the necessary precautionary measures, such as emergency stops, etc.

Returning the vehicle

Day (s) extra (s), if the return of the rental car is beyond the expected date and time of return or if there is damage on the vehicle.

In case of accidents and depending on the level of guarantee purchased, you may be charged for each claim the amount of the non-waivable or not waivable reduced variable by type of vehicle, which is indicated on the contract of your rental.
